Service deprecation: IBM Cloud Log Analysis

    We are announcing the deprecation of the IBM Cloud Log Analysis service on 30 April 2019. If you are currently using the service, you are encouraged to move your logging workloads to the IBM Log Analysis with LogDNA service.
    What you need to know:
    • The End of Marketing date is 30 April 2019.
    • As of 30 April 2019, you cannot provision new IBM Cloud Log Analysis instances. However, existing instances will continue to be supported. Access to Lite plan instances of the IBM Cloud Log Analysis service will be removed.
    • The End of Support date is 30 September 2019.
    • From the End of Marketing date through 30 September 2019, all premium instances will continue to be available on the Services dashboard in the IBM Cloud Console.
    You are encouraged to use the Log Analysis command-line interface and APIa to download log files that are stored in the service’s Cloud Object Storage. You can store the archive data in the your Cloud Object Storage.

    Any instance that is still provisioned as of 30 September 2019 will be deleted.
